Favourite fighting characters

With Super Street Fighter IV finally arriving on our shores, I thought I'd find out what everyone's favourite fighting characters are.

I always have a main and a backup.

Street Fighter: Ryu / Blanka
Virtua Fighter: Lau / Eileen
Soul Calibur: Mitsurugi / Astaroth
KoF: Terry Bogard / Yuri
Tekken: Paul Phoenix / Hwaorang

I know there's loads of other series, but they're the only ones that really interest me (sorry Mortal Kombat)

MK is my all-time favourite fighting series, so my favourite is Liu Kang.....followed by Sub Zero.

MK is closely followed by Soul Calibur. Always tend to go for Siegfried or Nightmare, although I tended to prefer Spawn in SC2.

Mine is also Siegfried from Soul Calibur. The original dreamcast version has to be my favourite fighting game. Even today the graphics are pretty good.

I'll second that mate. Soul Calibur on the Dreamcast is an amazing game. It's gotta be the best version. Perfectly fluid and balanced!

Soul Calibur: Xhianghua/ Seungmina or Hwang
Tekken: Brian Fury / Heihachi
Street Fighter: Sagat/ Guile

Blanka from SF2, Fei Long from SSF2.
