New UFC fighting game

Has anyone else played the demo yet i think it look good and really think it will be alot better on release i think this wouldbe a great game for on the site as it would give some big bragging rights lol.

Not got around to playing the demo yet but i'll definatly be picking this up.

havent downloaded this yet,although im not a fan of the sport and usually games of this nature suck,however i shall reserve judgement until ive given it a play

Played the demo earlier round my mates and didn't realy like it, fighting games aren't my sort of thing, but it does look good.

the graphics are some of the best i've seen for motion capture and texture detail, the controls seem a little awkward though. good fun..

the graphics are great and this is the demo so they should be better on release i notice that with alot of games. the controlls are very hard which i think will be great for online play as no one will be far better than others plus they could be beating the crap out of you and one punch could finish them off gona be great

I downloaded the demo and i thought it was a good game, the playability and longevity seems to be a great factor here, agreed the controls are a little irksome but nothing that prolonged practice won't sort out, will certainly be looking into buying this one.

I played the demo earlier today. I thought it was good, but I thought the controls were a bit awkward at first. I also thought it was a bit too easy, but I've no doubt it'll be a lot harder in the full version. The graphics looked very good.

I didn't like it. Fighting is slow and awkward and the real and aggression of UFC doesn't come across. I have a firend that fights mui tai kickboxing in Thailand and it just doesn't seem to match the type of things I've seen him involved in.

had some friends round on saturday night and booted up the demo was on it playing the same fight over and over agen kicking eachothers ass great game and great fun cant wait for the full game

Hello, I played this demo too, and i liked it not played a fighting game before but i think i will try this one. i lost once and won 3 not bad ah.

haha now try it on advance difficulity alot more fun and makes it more interesting im really looking forward to the release date now played the demo lost and its great. graphics are fantastic, game play good hopefully they speed it up a little, moves and techniques are spot on and its so realistic a must buy for me i think it will be better than fight night because of the simple fact you can kick, slam and flying elbow. haha might do the review on release if the boss wants

ive got some in game videos of afew moves you can do i will post them soon so realistic im really looking forward to this one,

the video above is me after nearly tapping i reversed and managed to stand up and won with the kick

Try doing it in real life though.

nice videos greavz, played the demo and have got to say this seems like one fun game, i am not really into ufc but its quite cool knocking people out in this, also its good that you can punch your opponent when they are on the ground.

UFC 2009 Undisputed has its fair share of issues for an up-start franchise, but that doesn’t mean that UFC fans and non-fans alike won’t have fun with the game once they get the complexities figured out. The career mode is fun and well-designed, the combat is cool and visually engaging, and the classic fights mode is sure to please UFC aficionados. If THQ can fix the blemishes and speed things up quite a bit so the physicality and true athleticism of the sport can shine through, we could have a serious contender on our hands.

seems like a solid review, i wouldhave expected the score to be a little higher after playing the demo but i am happy with 7.6 time to put this on my rental list i think

The review seems fair as i too think it is abit slow compared to the real thing but it would be impossible to block or counter if it was to fast and then the game would just be about who can button bast and spoil te game. i think they must have took that into mind as i never enjoy games that are simple and require no skill. the many different buttons and the timing involved will mean if mastered the more skilled fighter will always beat the button basher on the game.

As for the comments about the controlls thats what makes the game more exciting as you never know how the fight is going to go. Anyways 7.6 is low even his review makes it sound atleast an 8 lol anyways you will see me on this from friday so if you want a fight let me no i will be hosting a event for this on the calendar.
