I just got my MANGO update!!

I got my Mango update today (kind of).

Picked up a brand spanking new HTC Radar whilst on my break today.

I might finally be getting this today. My phone just told me an update is available *fingers crossed*

Bah!! Still no update for me!!

Woohoo finally my update has arrived. already had a good look roudn adn though superficially the same, its faster and theres plenty of new gubbins in the settings Ive foudn already. I'll put a full review of it all soon!!

Mine's updating now as well finally. I only just checked it this morning as well, but after seeing your post I thought I'd give it another shot.

I have my update. I'm a bit miffed that you have to 'make' a ringtone and can't just select a song on your phone. It would have been much easier if I could just choose one already on there rather than having to faff around cutting one down.

Voice texting could take a while. It doesn't know swear words lol and occasionaly writes something compleatly different to what I have asked it too.

I'm well chuffed xbox live has been sorted out. The loading time used to drive me nuts when wanting to check messages etc, it's sooo much quicker now, almost instant which is a bonus!

If you have a sound board app, you can use one of those for a ring tone. Only specific ones tho, i have the Family Guy one and am using the Peter Griffin "Have you heard about the bird" for my ring tone... now just need someone to phone me lol

I have to say, ever since I got Mango web browsing is not very responsive. I'm having to click on links 3 or 4 times before it responds. Everything else is still spot on and sometimes quicker, but the web is teh suk.

Anyone know of a good free programme we can use to create ring tones from existing MP3's?

I want to use all my old 70's and 80's cartoon theme tunes but even they're too big

I couldn't find anything yet, but give it a month or so and i'm sure more will turn up

I am now downloading my update, it feels like I'm the last person in the world to get it!

i used an old version of nero i had kicking around to chop up the songs i wanted as ringtones to under 38 seconds long. They do a 14 day trial version but i don't know what info they want from you to use it but if your stuck might be worth trying it.
