Games on demand question...
Whilst on the train home this afternoon, I was chatting to my brother about the games on demand on Xbox and why they are such a rip off etc, considering there's no box/manual etc and he raised a valid point:
Most new games now end up on games on demand after a few months (Fight night champion, black ops etc) and some of these games use the online pass function....If you purchase a game from the on demand service (such as fight night champion) does this auto include the online pass function or will it require you to purchase a pass as well as the game??
Anyone know this?

Not a clue matey. Don't know that I'll ever find out either. Fact is, it's still cheaper to buy pre-owned and then buy an online pass anyway. So until that problems solved, guess I'll never know.

Hmmm....good question. The only ones I've ever bought are the two recent Resident Evils. I'll probably also buy Crysis once it's been fixed.
Just googled it and there are a few threads on other forums that confirm you DON'T get the online pass included.....at least with EA titles. Never seen any others mentioned.

Re: Games on demand question...
I never thought the online pass came with Games on demand, that would be far to sensible - I cant understand anybody using the feature, and as previously stated pricing is ridiculous. I have bought a few windows live games from steam, this isnt the same as an online pass as such, but you get given a window live product code so you can use the live enabled features and earn achievements
Re: Games on demand question...
Well I've bought a few games on demand (Need for Speed: Undercover, Monopoly Streets are the only ones I think) but those didn't need the pass, and yes, the pricing is far too steep!!!
Purely for the fact there's no phsyical media or instructions etc, it should be available for 1/2 the retail price!
