L.A Noire - New Rockstar Game

The new game from rockstar looks pretty good and the facial animations look brilliant.

Could be interesting...

Remember reading about this game in a mag for what feels like years ago.

Its another one thats been coming out for years. Look forward to it in a few years more

looking at this it looks pretty cool and being a rockstar game i am sure that it wont dissapoint

Watching that trailer reminded me of two excellent films, The Untouchables and LA Confidential.
If it brings those two masterpieces to mind when I play it I'm gonna be very happy.

I wasn't too bothered about this until I watched the new video, but now it's looking like a must buy! Looks epic.

I'm not sure I'd be any good at it... I'm a bit to trigger happy and will probably end up getting my cop arrested repeatedly lol. But the investigation side sounds interesting.
Still got to get on with Red Dead Redemption lol... which I still (after a whole weekend of play) ahven't decided if I like or not :S

seems like red dead in the 40s which in my eyes would not be a bad game

Whilst it looks potentially good, Rockstar have failed to inspire me in the last few years. And I really hope this is a return to form, but I get a nagging doubt that its going to have a whiff of the dross that is the CSI games in it.

There is every chance it will be brilliant, but I am going to wait for a few longer term reviews before I open the Spack wallet.

I really can't wait for this game. From what i've seen so far it looks quite impressive. Hopefully be pre ordering soon!

Just to give you an idea on the size of the game Rockstar have confirmed it'll run to three discs on the xbox 360. Even with three discs they have had to turn some of the game into DLC. Now I am not arguing that size = quality but I always get a bit excited by games that run over multiply discs.

Apparently there will be minimal disc swappage, just twice during natural mission breaks

wow this does make me want this game more but was a bit gutted when it said that the game is only single player is this right?

i want the game but with so much to play and dirt 3 on the way dont think that i will get time. I may wait on this and get it later in the year

I'm really looking forward to checking this out, got my pre order in yesterday lets hope they have done a good job with it!

It is a bit annoying, depends on how the DLC is done though if its reasonably priced and adds value to the game then I don't mind but nearly every game churns out some DLC these days and a lot of it is a very questionable in quality

The reviews have started coming in and they're all positive. It does look like a must-have game, but I might wait a month or so and see if there's a price drop. I got Dead Space 2 for 1/2 price after about a month!
