Final Fantasy VII remake scenario complete

Hmm. This is sort of exciting and sort of not.

It looks cool, but I don't like the look of the combat.

Graphics don't really look as good as I'd expect, but maybe that's just the YouTube vid.

Interesting that it says on PS4 first. Is this confirmed as a time limited exclusive? I always assumed it'd be PlayStation exclusive and stay that way. Cool if not as I'm still planning on going Xbox One rather than PS4... eventually!

I think it'll be a timed exclusive, as type 0 came to both, as far as I'm aware the combat will be more like advent children on the psp than the original

I must admit I'm very hesitant about this game. There is a lot of nostalgia based hype about this and the switch to episodic (for valid reasons) and the change from turn-based combat is going to upset a lot of old time fans. My main worry is that they will tamper with the storyline too much but I guess we won't know for sure until it arrives

I don't mind too much if they change it up a bit as it will never match the nostalgia and the feeling of playing the original back in the day. I can still happily play the original as it is anyway. That amazing soundtrack never gets old.

Stuff this, stuff their remakes and get on with the next bloody Kingdom Hearts! *pift*
