Finally, my favourite game type comes to the Xbone \o/

Have always loved games like this, used to play them in the arcades and had loads of them on the Atari, Commodore, Spectrum etc etc etc

and, of course, we finally get...

Shovel Knight



Go. Buy them now. Play them in all their awesomeness. NOW

Project Root really caught my eye yesterday, I was always a fan of old school shooters. I am tempted however they're not known for longevity of gameplay.

Okay, Project Root is actually pretty shit...

Like, really shit.

There's no connection to the game at all, you feel completely detached from it, and the camera angle is terrible.
