Awesome, sounds good I've been looking for an excuse to play more horizon I got it for Christmas and love it but it kind of got lost amongst all of the other great games I got!

It's free, but I've read somewhere that you need to buy some previous DLC to play this one. Or at least unlock all the new achievements.

From what I've read you gotta get several sample cars which are free and also buy November Car Pack which is currently 400msp
