Re: Xbox one Controller battery life
There either isn't a way, or it's incredibly hard to find.
At least that's what people in this thread are saying!
Possibly something to be patched in later on? Sounds like they've removed a few great bits of functionality that the 360 has....

Re: Xbox one Controller battery life
LOL Yep I use to depend on that. Also try and get a multiplayer game in FORZA 5 fuck me it's easier to get into the white house. No invite system at all.
Re: Xbox one Controller battery life
So basically they've launched the console with a completely under-developed dashboard/OS?
Brilliant. You'd think they'd put some sort of priority into making it user friendly and intuitive. They should have included everything that the 360 dash and guide has pretty much as standard, and then built up from there.
I bet all the non-gaming stuff like Netflix and facebook/twitter integration work perfectly straight out the box!

Re: Xbox one Controller battery life
Worse than that the party system does not work at all right now.
On Sat none of us could hear eachother in party chat and then the same last night when I tried to talk to demon.
Weirdly game chat does work.
I think we need to give them time to iron out the kinks.....

Re: Xbox one Controller battery life
When you start a party it has party chat off by default for some reason, if you say xbox snap party you can turn party chat back on then go back into the game

Re: Xbox one Controller battery life
Yeah I noticed the thing with the party chat the other day, and when i try turn it on properly it says cant connect or something. I'm not letting the little things I don't like about it stop me from enjoying the games though. I have faith it'll all be fixed and how we like it at some point, look how shit the xbox 360 dashboard was when that first launched

There's kinks, and then there's whopping big features that no matter how you look at it, just should have been in from the start!KENT HAMMER wrote:I think we need to give them time to iron out the kinks.....
I'm sure they will get it fixed in due course, but really you should be able to have a hassle free experience from launch. The party thing sounds like a right ball ache!
