Halo CE Anniversary Skulls and Terminals...

Just thought id post this here incase people are stuck finding some of the Skulls and Terminals.
Dreamkiller SKX put this guide together with my help.. (although i carried him through the entire game and found all the skulls!) couple of days after release to help everyone out.

When my copy eventually turns up I'll make good use of this as I won't be bothered looking for them myself. Already read where most of them are but a visual guide is always better.
