So, who's gonna try and 100% Gears 3?

With Seriously 3.0 being such a beast I'm wondering will anyone here attempt to get the full GS from Gears 3?
Some of those medals are gonna take an eternity.
I'm gonna try my hardest to do it. It'll probably take a few years but it'll be worth it seeing it fully completed.
Is anyone else here up for the marathon challenge?

No. I got too many games to play, besides the amount of time i could spend getting Seriously 3.0 i could prob get at least another 10,000 GS with other games.

Well, i've found myself leaving the console running in the background playing private 1 minute warzone matches with bots while I watch tv, so i guess something is telling me I want to do it! It's gonna take a hell of a lot of life and leccy to do it though!

There isn't another game on the horizon that leaps out at me saying "Don't play Gears, play me"
Aside from Assassins Creed Revelations I think I'll be playing Gears 3 an awful lot.

I haven't resorted to idle boosting yet, still getting my MVP and First Blood medals done in private matches. I need those mutators.
Haven't got the consecutive match bonus achievement yet as my Live keeps crapping out so frequently I can't get to 10 consecutive matches before I get disconnected.
Getting 6,000 kills with the Sawn Off is gonna be a grind, not a fan of that weapon one bit. I'll probably play enough matches trying to get those kills I wont need to idle boost. Not that I'm against it, I did do it a bit for Party Like its 1999 in Gears 2

I've played through the story, that's probably enough for me for now. I may dabble in multiplayer now and again, or attempt an insane playthrough, but it's taking a backseat while I try (and probably fail) to get through a backlog of other games.

The answer is definitely no from me. The onyx medals will take a lot of time to achieve

I'll aim to do it eventually, once i've wrapped up all the other cheevs i might just try and concentrate on 1 onyx medal at a time.

i'm still undecided i've seen quite a few people at level 90+ so i don't think levelling will be a problem its just the weapon kills that put me off.

I really would love to say yes but honestly I don't think I will

I will play it until I am bored. Not played anything else since it was released, so you never know! It is going to be hard work though to get all those Onyx medals. Good job the multiplayer on this one is so much better than Gears 1 and 2 and you don't have to play with randoms it can all be done in private matches!

I'll see how it goes I'm in no rush to Onyx all my medals through boosting games while I'm asleep and stuff so I'll just plod along and see what comes naturally then look at how possible it is in a year or so LOL I've gotten 8 so far all relating to campaign, horde and beast modes.

I may do eventually but i think I've got to get GEars 1 & 2 maxed first!!!
