Forum Competition Rules

Here are the forum rules regarding competitions:

Sadly we have had a few winners not receiving their prizes and this is spoiling the enjoyment and generosity of the rest of the TGD crowd. We have also had people signing up just to enter competitions.

So please:

1. Make sure that if you are offering a prize then you actually have it ready to give to winner!

2. Post out the prize in a timely manner, letting the winner know by PM when

3. Do not start another competition until you have distributed prizes for your last one

4. TO ENTER COMPETITIONS, YOU MUST HAVE BEEN AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF TGD FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AND MADE AT LEAST 100 POSTS WITH THOSE POSTS SPREAD EVENLY OVER THE LAST 6 MONTHS OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP HERE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EXTEND THIS PERIOD FOR ANYONE WHO WE CONSIDER TO BE SPAMMING IN ORDER TO BOOST THEIR POST COUNT.

THE MEMBER RUNNING THE COMPETITION HOWEVER, MAY OPEN UP THE COMPETITION TO WHOEVER THEY SO WISH AT THEIR OWN DISCRETION AND WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH DECISIONS. MEMBERS WILL NOT HOLD TGD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SITUATION ARISING FROM THAT DECISION SUCH AS MEMBERS CEASING TO BE ACTIVE IMMEDIATELY AFTER A COMPETITION ETC.

COMPETITION HOLDERS MAY ALSO OMIT MEMBERS FROM A COMPETITION AT THEIR DISCRETION IF THEY EXPLAIN THE REASONS FOR THE OMMISSION TO A MODERATOR.

5. All of the Above!!!

If you have a problem after offering a prize then please PM a mod before the comp ends.

Sorry to have to write this folks and please dont let it stop the excellent generosity and fun stuff that all of the good TGDers bring to this section.
