1 hour into gears of war 3 and my daughter decides to kick the 360..big round scratch end of game..now it will not load....dya think i could take it back to hmv...mmmmmm

I'm be livid if someone kicked my xbox! This is why ours is safe in a large tv cabinet because the cat would just try to knock it over or play with it and I might not forgive him if he broke it (I would actually because he's so cute but it would take days!)

Can't hurt to try taking it back.

my cat had wee on my old xbox it still work after i dried it out...

They wont give you a refund as the seal is broke but they will let you exchange it for a new one if you tell them you bought it and its faulty. Dont tell them you broke it, just say thats how it was when you opened the case or say you tryed playing it once and when it didnt work you took the game out and noticed a scratch on it.

I had my kids before I got the 360

well took it back today...wouldnt refund or exchange but after a bit of moaning they cleaned it(wow lucky me).....came back looking like a new one and now works fine...wooooohoooooooo!!

lucky... i have had atleast 3 discs put through the buffer thing and all of them still didnt work lol... guess it was just ur day!
