Dynasty Warriors 10th Birthday Competition

As Dynasty Warriors is now 10 years old and to celebrate the launch of the awesome new Dynasty Warriors 7 game this week, I have some awesome prizes for a lucky few.

I have in my hands some extremely limited addition Dynasty Warriors items that have never been available to purchase and have never been part of a pre-order.

If you win this comp, you will be part of a VERY elite few, unless you happen to be KOEI staff of course

Right in order to win the first prize, you will need to be GSA's ultimate dynasty warrior.

Basically whoever has the largest gamerscore over all the 360's Dynasty Warriors games wins.
Comp closes next Saturday 16th April, so you have a week to whore it up abit.

The Gundam and Samurai series are NOT included in this comp, its purely about 10 years of DW.

Damn, i only have 1 to hand atm... i did do quite well on a few of them tho. none fully 1000 tho..

You should post up your scores so far just in case your the clear leader already and to give others something to aim for.

Same here! I played one at Kent's once and thought about picking them up, never see them anywhere or in any sales so forget to look for them! Doh! Good luck everyone.

Samurai Warriors is a no, purely because this comp is to win a prize celebrating 10 years of Dynasty Warriors

ive played gundam 2 but could'nt get into it just did'nt feel right

So are DW5 & 6 the same style as Ninety nine nights and DW7..?

I've just the second walked in after picking number 7 up
As i couldn't get into 99nights i can't really say, apart from the huge amount of people on screen at any given time and sort of the same key layout i would say.... yes? Tho with the dynasty series it does evolve around what moves you can do as the series progresses.. like with Orochi you can have 3 different team members where as some of the other games only allowed you to control one at a time.

DW6 is alot harder to get achieves than DW5, although DW5 is easier to play for noobs ut with worse graphics and overall polish.

DW7 is BY FAR the easiest game for new players to the series, less menus, autosave for the first time, even includes the best training section I have seen on any game, truly well balanced, starting easy but the final challenge battle being REALLY quite hard.

I love DW7 and I defy any series haters not to enjoy an awesome game with high drama cutscenes and good comedy too!

Seems like Ruff is a couple of hundred ahead of Scabby who in turn is a couple of hundred ahead of Gambler.

if you got the dw bug you might want to check out bladestorm; the hundred year war its made by the same people and even has some of the same armour/weapons from dynasty warriors 5 and 6 .its a very different game from dw for starters its england ver france and much more tactical but still worth a rent
