In case you hadn't heard, Sony and LG are currently in a legal battle over patent breaches involving BLu Ray technology. However its now become a little more serious as customs are now holding Ps3's for 10 days before entering the UK. With this and the hacking scandal Sony are fighting several legal battles at once. Could this aloow Microsoft to tighten their grip on the Console market
