Beyond Good and Evil HD

This Wednesday brings the release of one of the most eagerly anticipated Arcade games this year. For those who have not enjoyed Beyond Good and Evil when it was first released on the PS2 and Xbox, this was one of the most underrated games of the generation.

Similar in style to Ratchet & Clank and Jak & Dexter, the game is an action/adventure game at heart. You play reporter Jade, photographer, martial artist and all round general hero as you uncover a global conspiracy. The story and characters are all well rounded and you really will find yourself caring for them.

In all seriousness, everyone should download the trial version of this game (I would assume there will be a trial version) and I would hope the majority of you will then shell out the paltry sum of 800MS for this game. Yes you did read that correctly, a full PS2 era game with updated graphics and sound for a mere 800 points.

Got in from work, download initiated! No hesitation!

Enjoyed the trial so bought the full game and enjoying that so far too. Achievements seem easy enough, just the ones with collecting orbs and taking photos might take a while.

From what I remember of playing this on PS2, it shouldn't be too much of a chore ot get all the orbs. I remember 100% back in the days when you did these things for the thrill rather than the score
