Bioware officially revealed Mass Effect 3 last night, not much info has been released so far, the trailer looks pretty epic though. The game is going to be released around the end of next year.

One thing i wanted to do one the first one was visit Earth, but you could only scan it from orbit

The first 2 games are definitely worth playing if you find them cheap, the first one is a bit dated now and has a few technical issues but it's still a great game if you can look past it's flaws, the achievements can be time consuming though. The achievements are pretty easy in the second one, you should be able to get about 700+ in a single playthrough.

Well i've picked up Mass Effect 1 & 2 this morning for the magically low price of £15.98 (£7.99 each) Pre-owned in Gamestation.
Just gotta find time to actually play them now!

Good on ya, get playing. It's worth it for the story alone, gameplay is good too.
