I just bought a Wii

I could not resist it as I badly wanted the new Goldeneye game and golden limited edition controller!

So Red Wii on its way to me tomorrow.

i have one, dont know my code though. i will have a look.

I have one i got for the wife but she has hardly played it.

No idea what my friend code is.

I do fancy the new Goldeneye and the gold controller though, but i'm not willing to shell out for it until i've had chance to play it.

i have one collecting dust in the cubboard, only got wii sports, i got caught in all the hype and played it once. i remember goldeneye for n64, was a wicked game, if this gets a good write up ill bust it out

I have one, don't have a friend code, mine has been gathering dust int he cupboard since I got the Xbox.

I have one can hunt out the friend code but we don't have many 2 player games, most are zombie shoot em ups (resi and house of the dead ones)

I have been really tempted by the red Wii. Trying to resiste after getting a black one and playing it twice in 6 months

i've got one not got a clue about friend code. not used very often sometimes the kids use it but i just cant be bothered with it.
games should be played sitting down that why i wont bother with the kinect jobey

Great point mate, but look at my first post, I have bought the NORMAL old school controller, so no waggling for me!

I will be playing all the retro N64 and Snes games with my controller!

Donkey Kong is pre installed and prob going to download paper mario and hopefully blast Corps if they have it??

I have a donkey kong, both alex kids and a couple more. Wish duck hunt was on there used to love that game

I got a Wii I will have a look to find my code.

ok cool didnt know they did it with a proper joystick like that, i thought they all came with the motion sensor thing.
I have the original sonic hedgehog which i loved at the time but now i just cant get into it. used to think the graphics were the bees nees but they just look crap now.

Just to let folks know Gamecube controllers work with the Wii.

So if you see any going cheap or know someone who has an old gamecube kicking about.

Also i'm pretty sure i've seen 3rd party pads in gamestation for about £5/6.

I must be honest, I am loving Goldeneye 8 player online!
Also MarioKart online is superb, would like to race against you guys some time

We actually have mariokart Will give us an excuse to dust the wii off a bit some day.

ok I must tell you guys this, I just bought a component cable to connect my Wii to my 42" TV

Well, let me tell you its a different world, with nice clear images and smoother edges.

Its a HUGE leap forward in visuals, Goldeneye looks the bollocks now.
