Mini Review: Blur

Blur

An arcade style racer.

Graphics are clean and sharp.

Good sound effects.

Some cheevs look like they'll take a bit of getting, but popping up steadily so far. Its also got a few online achievements.

Blur is a fast and frantic racer, that mixes elements of various other racers, Think Mario Kart on nitrous based steroids. The weapons can give a tactical edge, but can also make races extremely unpredictable. getting into the lead is difficult but staying there is even harder. The multiplayer is absolute carnage, but so much fun. With the now standard level up to unlock better cars etc.

For the sheer racing fun i would give this 9/10

As good as the likes of Forza 3 and F1 2010 are, in their technical achievements. This is easily the most fun i've had racing since Dirt 2.
