Mini Review: Dead to Rights Retribution
Dead to Rights Retribution
A shooter brawler adventure style game
Graphics are none too shoddy but the camera angle sometimes lets it down
Sound is as good as it needs to be but sayings can get repetitve
Difficulty is ok if you play it through on Easy. In fact the game is very good if you lower the toughness at the start
Ach points are reasonable up to about 650. If you want to max it you need to play it on tough and some of the sections are very taxing indeed. All are available as single player offline.
Overall its a quite brutal game that deserves its 18 certificate. The gameplay is repetitive and tough in places and the lack of continuity with regards weapons is somewhat annoying. But if you want a solid and different experience then a playthrough on Easy will definately give you your moneys worth on this title
Overall I would say a 6.5/10

Good mini review . I was interested in this game when it first came out, for the gameplay, and not just the achievement whore inside of me. But the more I see and read about it, the less I want to actually play.

Nice Review <---See what I did there?
I see the forum being flooded with Mini reviews now, it's so easy to do and gives other member a good quick insight to the game.
Everton = Top man!

If you playthrough on Easy or Medium first then I think you will enjoy it matey
I tried to play on hard initially and it rather warped my judgement of the game
If I knew now what it was like and was starting afresh, then I would play through on medium and leave the one ach undone.
Its really not a bad game and if you see it cheap you should have a go

I'm mostly renting games at the minute, can't afford to keep buying em. Once I get some of the stuff I really want, I shall add it to my list and give it a go on Medium . Cheers.
