Dynasty/Samurai Warriors. At its death do we part?

Mongrel or Loyal Labrador?
Some would say this dog has had its day; others would say the dog has more fight:
What do you think?
I for one loved the series till DW6 that for me killed the characters and created neo - emo warriors sure it’s dated but surely that Koei could have looked at other ways to re-create, revive the genre.
The materials there red cliff, last samurai (end of era worked for RDR) you get the idea.

Fave game series of all time for me!
Strikeforce was good in that you could have 4 player online co-op, downside being I am the only person here who owns it!!
Can't wait to play DW7 as its sure to have even better online co-op play.
It may be dated but hacking and slashing my way through upto 1000 enemies per level is like crack to me and I am talking the juicy smooth tight kinda crack.

Check my gamercard i have played nearly all of them, almost 1000 one of them :/ From D.W5 to Warriors Orochi with anything in between
One i refuse to play is the Gundam one.. that Isn't Dynasty in anyway shape or form.. fail for that one me thinks.
Not got strikeforce yet, keep forgetting about it to be honest. I played the demo and enjoyed it so will get it at some point. Bring it on i say i want more of the same.. just not Robotic warriors, please
