Rock Band 3 to get new instruments!

It would appear that Rock band 3 is gonna include the ability to play Keyboards, there was a hint in the teaser pic that showed up at the end of the Green Day RB demo.

There is also gonna be a new PRO guitar controller.

Gah....I've resisted getting new drums for 2 years now. I know I'm gonna break down and get the whole kit.

Keyboards!
Proper Metal does not use keyboards. What songs we gonna have, Rick Wakeman, Erasure, Bronski Beat?
No good will come of this I tell thee.

Joking aside I'll wait and see what the new guitar looks like and how much like the real thing it is. Some good features finally being introduced too, drop in and out of play being a good one.

i cant say i would enjoy the keyboard not reallt rock if you ask me.

Playing it on Expert is basically playing the real life song, note for note.

You can play the guitar with or without the game too.

I'm actually majorly hyped for this. I've been trying to teach myself guitar for ages, but I get bored. I think this might be the thing that makes me do it.

I see Rock Band 3 is almost upon us now. I've been looking at that new Pro Guitar controller and am seriously interested, it's due for release a week or so after the game according to Play.com
Is anyone else thinking of investing in the new guitar? Does anyone have any info about it too?
The only major concern I have is will it work with like a normal Guitar Hero controller too or only on Rock Band 3. I don't wanna spend over £100 on a controller that'll only work with one game, will they upgrade it again for Rock Band 4, making this years model obsolete? This is EA we're talking about after all. Plus there's some talk about using an actual real guitar, is this for Rock Band 3 or the next game?
Hmmm, so many questions and that's only for the guitar, never mind the drums and keyboards. This could end up being very very expensive.

Just about to start playing this. The game's here, but the keyboard isn't. Oh well.
