Red ring of death

I have had Forza 3 delivered the other day and am currently 25/50 of the achievements through.
Turns on the 360 today and I have got a red light!!!!!!!! I only have ONE red light though?!?
Anyone out there got any suggestions? Failing that my friend is able to do it for me on Monday after getting back from his holiday on Sunday.
Oh well just means I will have to take my hard drive over to my friend's house and play the Forza! Hahahaha!!

First things first check all of your connections, sometimes a lead not plugged in properly can give you a red warning light!
