new Halo ODST

the new halo game will not feature online multiplayer, it will have online co-op but bungie have stated it will be a expansion pack for halo 3.

dissapointed as alot of people inc myself and the guys at mlgpro.com feel that halo 3 online isnt right and were hoping that bungie would make a new multiplayer on the new game based more on halo 2 online. halo 2 was a fun game and very competitive and also catered for the fun side for people who were not on the game to take it seriously, halo 3 however they havent got a happy medium so pretty much any tom dick or harry can play at the lowest level and the highest. fair enough they created the mlg playlist, but the mlg settings arnt halo 3 standard settings, you have speed increase and weapons are more powerfull with shields bieng less effective, yeah it makes the game feel abit better but due to host adv and foundry maps being very random online its not the answer.

my rant for today

they seem to have already upset most halo fans by not including brutes..
however, i am very interested in this game and im sure its gonna be a great addition to the halo franchise.

I wonder if it will be priced accordingly, not as much replay value if it's just mission mode and no deathmatches. I'll be keeping an eye on this one for sure. It sounds like what might have been a definite buy has become a rental game instead.
