Sony unlocks another core for PS4 game developers

It has been reported that Sony are following Microsofts lead by unlocking a 7th core for the use of Game Developers which was previously locked off for system use.
It has not been announced if the entire core will be made available or if it will be variable depending on system use like the Xbox One.
