Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition Dated

By now, if you're really looking forward to Disney Interactive's upcoming Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition, you've had plenty of news to get you prepared for its arrival. Whether its been new playsets, character sneak peeks, or simply some screenshots, Disney has done a good job of letting us see plenty of what the game has to offer before we have to make a call on whether or not it's coming home with us Day One.

Now, the publisher has revealed its pre-order incentives for the title. Those people who pre-order the Disney Infinity 3.0 Starter Pack or the Disney Infinity 3.0 Video Game Software (regardless of whether they purchase a playset), will receive the new "Toy Box Takeover" Game Piece. "Toy Box Takeover" is "an action-adventure game featuring dungeon-crawler gameplay in which players can use all of their favorite Disney Infinity characters across the worlds of Star Wars, Marvel, Disney and Disney•Pixar."

In addition to the "Toy Box Takeover" expansion, a second expansion, "Toy Box Speedway", was also revealed. "Toy Box Speedway" is a Kart Racer that is due to come out this fall.

As for when the game will hit store shelves? Disney Infinity 3.0 will be released on August 28th in the UK and August 30th in North America.

So over these cons! So expensive with them releasing every year

I agree, tempted by the new lego games though and that's mega expensive!

I was massively te toed by Lego until I saw the prices! Worse than skylanders:(

I'm waiting for Duplo infinity! Might be a bit cheaper!
