Make your minds up :p when I checked it just now it says £19.85 but I know amazon does have a habit on price changing on pre orders.  Thats what put me off with amazon and pre orders. Still a good deal tho.

Yes but you only ever pay the lowest price. If the price goes up you pay what you preordered it at, and if the price drops further, they refund you the difference a couple of days later.

I've had refunds on various items I've preordered including CDs and DVDs, one of the refunds was for 1pence, which was pretty pointless, but still better in my pocket.
