I haven't touch my My Xboxone since last sat night, watching a movie or two. I think they had another update since then. Is anybody having trouble to play apps or installed games. I tried to load Guacamelee and I had to reinstall the game and the same thing happen to me again with Twitch too. If they did have a update why can't they leave things alone that was working.

I wasn't able to watch a rented film the other night. They have had issues with things paid for and downloaded for a few days and it seems to change between the 360 and the one. Keep an eye on the live status and it usually tells you what issues are on going at the moment Smile

I had trouble downloading Battle Cock Theater. It kept saying they couldn't retrieve my card details. Got there in the end though.

Switched on my xbox one last night, and it wouldn't connect to live. Which meant i couldn't play Titanfall, or do much else.

Have tried it this morning, and its all working fine.

Mine was back on this morning.
Tested my connection and it says "100% packet loss"
Can anyone explain to me, like I'm a six year old what this means??

A Packet is a networking term for a segment of data sent on the network. Data is "packaged" with instructional data that sends it where it needs to go and other network gubbins.

A packet is "lost" when it cant reach it's destination basically. In other words, connectivity issues.

Thanks for the info, turning to it lesson here Razz to be honest i don't know much about the net and packet data. So are you online with 100% packet data loss Markav? If so how does that work just wondering?

100% packet loss last night when live was down and same again when live was running this morning, although i did try to open my friends app and it left hanging/didn't work. Done a power source hard reset so see what happens tonight...
