Marvel vs Capcom games leaving Xbox Live

Both Marvel vs Capcom 2 and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 are leaving the XBL Marketplace on Boxing Day, so if you want to get them....DO IT NOW. The original MvsC3 hasn't been mentioned, but may well suffer the same fate.
TA speculate that Capcom's Marvel licence may be expiring, but Marvel vs Capcom Origins is reportedly unaffected by this news.

Obviously, the retail versions of Marvel vs Capcom 3 will still be available to buy.

Hmm, wouldn't be surprised to see some of these pop up during the countdown sales, perhaps as late as Christmas Eve just to get some last minute sales!
