Xbox One rumoured to have some serious online issues.
This is floating around the net this morning, far from official so take it with a hefty pinch of salt....

If MS only got one thing right with the 360, then it was the online.....would be amazed if they'd screwed it up this badly with the new machine.Talking to a different developer he says: “Yeah, getting anything online to work was a pain for months, barely worked at the very end of last month. Adding friends, sending game invites or even achievements’ toasts could be a nightmare. I don’t know that much outside of “my” project, but from what I saw in others, online was always a problem. No idea if this will still be an issue at launch though, I think it would be too much, but it looks like it won’t be flawless at all.”

Confirms what I am already thinking now, both consoles will be a buggy mess and I expect a shorter time period before XBTWO and PS5 as these machines are under powered.

Well I will have one but I don't like the things I am reading about at the moment.

Good to see the rumour mills are all running at full speed, as per usual with new tech.
I tend to take all of this stuff with a huge pinch of salt. If it was so difficult to develop new games and the multiplayer elements on Xbone, how many of the big companies would have sacked it off? Same with the resolution issues, i'll believe the rumours when i see it with my own eyes.
As long the games are worth playing, and the graphics are better, i don't care which machine is more powerful, i'll be getting the Xbone (well unless it turns out to be a huge steaming turd).

I stand by my "next year when all the problems are fixed and better games are out" policy
I also see this makes lots of sense

Another point is how many of these claims come from a small number of people who want to be anonymous and are likely to either have there own agenda or are seeking/are being supported by the other brand.
you compare this to the number of developers and individuals that have openly stated there support of both or either console
makes you wonder what to believe in all this marketing psychological b/
