Pokemon X Y

Has anyone played the new pokemon? Also thoughts about it? Still unsure if I should get it or not.. While I'm a first gen kind of girl, there has been a lot of hype about it. Also can you get Gardivoir? Only pokemon needed!

I've got pokemon y and it's awesome I played the first ones and have been slowly loosing faith in them as I wasn't to fond of black and white but is needed some more 3ds games so I went for it ..... Best decision ever!!!! It seems to have the right balance of new pokemon and 1st gen the mega evolution is pretty kool but looses its charm after a while and feels like a gimmick but overall fantastic game if your thinking about it take the leap of faith then add my friend code

Is Gardevoir in it though? And how is she obtainable? My only concern now. Also thanks for the recommendation and advice.

Oh and gardivore is in it and has a mega evolution

No idea what the mega evolution is but don't need it, Gardevoir is the ultimate pokemon!

Mega evolution is a temp evolution that overpowers your pokemon and changes there form slightly the differences between the two is a hand full of pokemon the mega evolution variations and the two legendary pokemon I flipped a coin to decide then I ignored the coin because I wanted the flying legendary lol

What'sthe other legendary? And is it like every other pokemon game where there's a handful of pokemon you can only get in one or the other? Always get the other and we can trade! I would give you a legendary for Gardevoir!

Also what's the starter pokemon? And please tell me you can be a girl in this one?

Yeah you can be. Girl you can also dress and customise your trainer now witch is pretty kool the legendarys are a deer with huge antlers and a dragon type pokemon

Yes it's like the others there's pokemon in y you can't get in x and vice versa

The starters are a fox, frog and chipmunk type pokemon lol also a little later you get to choose one of the original 3 starters too !!!! It's amazing I'm trying to breed a charmander to swap for a bulbasaur at the moment

Though Charmander is always a good one because his tail always lights my cigerettes for me. However I died a little inside, the hell would choose a deer of a MOTHER EFFING DRAGON!!! On top of that, seriously? frog, chipmunk and fox? My head hurts already...

I chose the chipmunk as I knew I could get a charmander so no point in getting the fire fox and I don't like water pokemon lol And I know right who would pick a deer over a dragon !

Me, clearly, just to stick it to the man!, actually I'll tradeyou a deer for gardevoir, if I everget the bloody thing, or game or 3ds, ha.

I am a big fan so perhaps a little biased.

Started with Red when I was around 14 or so. Left it for over a decade and was recommended to buy Black.

Been on it every year since.

Cant wait for Pokemon Bank to come out so all my big boys can come home! haha

im buying a 3ds just for this pokemon game lool, is there any difference between the 2 besides what starters you can choose?

never played a pokemon game since yellow on the gameboy and ive heard this is a good mix between new and old gameplay

Just a few pokemon that can only be caught in one game and not the other, but there's trading etc so you can get the others. I've only done the first gym in 3 days lol so haven't played much yet, can't say much else really.

I've picked this up to having not touched the series since red, but its pretty addictive as there are plenty of little sub games to help train your pokemon up if they start off weak. Enjoying it so far and I've only just got outside the first town!!
