Wii remotes/batteries

Ok....I have a Wii U, but I don't have any remotes. Does anyone use a charger and if so which would you recommend? Seems to be a few knocking around, all with mixed reviews.

I just use rechargable batteries in my Wii Mote.
You 100% need Wii Motion Plus though, as some Wii U games won't work with a standard wii mote

Don't know why I never thought of that.
I'm aware that I need Wii Motion Plus as well. Apparently Tesco recently had copies of Wii Play Motion with the remote for a tenner. Got an alert set in case they come up again!
