Tomb Raider *No Spoilers Please*

Well I've just finished the game now and I have to admit it is the best game I've played in a long time. I'm not talking about the MP (I haven't even touched that) but the SP is superb. The gameplay is amazingly addictive and enjoyable and while it is a little more combat heavy than previous entries it is really enjoyable. There are still plenty of puzzles but nothing which will really tax you too much. The story is great too and really feels like you're growing in skills along with Lara as she encounters more and more situations. I think one of the best things they did was to get rid of load screens which makes the game so much more immersive and keeps you playing. I really would recommend this to everyone as it is probably going to be one of the best games this year for sure.

So anyone else finished this yet or their thoughts so far?

Great to hear it! I don't have it yet and probably won't for a while, but nice to hear of a really worthwhile Lara outing for a change!

Been getting more and more tempted by this. Wasn't that interested at first and was put off by the tone they seemed to be going for. That still concerns me a little, but I may be willing to give it a shot now.

It is great. There is one very easy to miss achievement I've come across and a couple of glitches in completions but for once I'm quite happy to jump back in and plathrough it all over again straight away. Which is a first

I hear it takes 100+ hours to get the MP achievements, this for me is a massive put off!

Shame because I know I would enjoy the single player

Glad to hear its so good, I got this delivered last week but am currently in the middle of an unexpected house move so haven't had chance to play it yet, at least I've got something to look forward to once I am settled

Aye the mp achievements are quite long 3 prestiges are needed. However bizarrely you can boost them on your own. Ill be starting that as soon as I've finished the sp achievements so ill let you know how it goes

Can't wait to get this. It was my most anticipated game, and It seems they have delivered just what I wanted mostly. I've spent too much on retro this year so far, so it'll have to wait a while though!

I want to get this game. Just gone through my old games to trade in.
Just need the time to get down the game shop.

Started on this last night and played through the first few hours, really impressed so far; some of the games that we are getting now so late in the consoles development cycle are amazing
