For anybody who is on twitter, you'll probably know about @XboxSupport, and how they generally answer questions in a timely manner. They're actually pretty good - I've talked to them a few times and they've usually resolved my issues.
Anyway, just stumbled across this article about them and it made me laugh, so thought I would share it with you all:

Quite amusing.
I am sure they get dogs abuse from some people.
I think its important to maintain your personality online and off, not get all brave behind your keyboard if your not really brave in the real world.
