Guitar Hero 5

there seems to be an abundance of music rythem games coming this year gh 5 is one of them due out in the autumn, this on will feature more versitile gameplay with 4 player co-op but its no longer one drumer, one singer, one on bass and one lead guitar, it will now be possible to have any combination so you could have two singers, and two drums or 4 guitar this should make the online achievments a lkittle easier to get.

theres not much in the way of a songlist yet but they have released a few.

No its a topic revive, but found some more info on this, whole song list has been revealed and i think its looking pretty good, also found another feature on this upcoming cash cow for activison, check out this video with a interesting feature.

I'm not sure about the use of avatars in a game like this.

One the one hand it appeals to me as you don't have to faff about designing your character, but on the other hand the lip sync is way off and I find that a bit off putting.

I suppose if you're playing then you won't notice the lip synce because you'll be staring at the notes scrolling down, but even so, seems like a bit of a gimmick to use them in this game.
