Guardians of Middle Earth

This has been knocking about in the background of news for a few months now, but for those who aren't aware Guardians of Middle Earth is the first DoTA style game based in the Lord of the Rings Universe. Various characters have been announced and there are plans to include characters from the the new Hobbit film in future DLC on the release of the film.

With Monolith behind the wheel of development chances are it will be an awesome little game, but for now check out a gameplay trailer below plus pictures of the latest Guardians released to the public.

Guardians of Middle Earth is set for release as an XBLA title on December 4th for 1200MSP and will include a Season Pass option for the subsequent DLC.
