Dead Space 3 Gameplay -20mins worth!!
It seems EA want to show off some Dead Space 3 today so have released a video showing footage of gameplay with a commentary too. It's a fair bit of gameplay too clocking in at about 20 minutes but definitely worth a watch!

I really don't like the idea of co-op in Dead Space. The first two games were so good because of the sense of isolation, and not knowing what was coming around the corner. Co-op would just take all that tension away and make Dead Space just another third-person action game.

Dead Space 3 gets some new screenshots
Dead Space 3 is coming to your dimly room from 8th February and its going to have co-op..... now it's only pant staining fun when you're on your own, not when someone is telling you about his week in your ear. However, Visceral Games (EA Redwood Shores) have got this covered the single player content will have you fighting an isolated experience as Isaac takes on the fetid Necromorphs all on his lonesome 'Altman be Praised'!
Co-op is a completely separate experience. When playing in co-op on Tau Volantis (think Lost Planet) you cross paths with John Carver, who is suffering hallucinations and signs of dementia. This sets up the co-op game play, with Carver fighting his hallucinations inside his mind while Isaac slices and dices Necros in the real world.
The released screens below, from the level Marker Containment where Isaac is helping John deal with visions of his lost wife and son, give you an idea of Crazy Carver's state of mind....
