Red Dead Redemption Strangers?

I have completed the main story line and now im working through the strangers... i have managed to complete 8 stranger tasks and now no strangers are appearing on the map?
Anyone know anything about this?

I don't know what the problem is though the page below which is all about the stranger tasks says sometimes you have to wait a few days for more things to occur. Check the link below for more details

I had some troubles with this too, especially the final one, I will have a look at the guides I used to help me as I can't remember without looking.

I haven't got any of the multi player cheevo's - this is only down to the fact i wanted to get all the single player one's first.
