Sweet I have the steelcase edition for the XBox on the shelf, still gets a play occasionally.

Awesome I never did finish no 3 off. However I hope theres an option to have the flashlight in the original setting as though it was a pain in the ass it added a lot to the atmosphere as you had to choose between being able to see and wanting to shoot.

Also have the steel box one. I really liked the atmosphere they got in this game and it's cool the other two are included as well.

I still remember with great fondness the Simpson mod for Doom 2

I wonder if the co-op mode from the Xbox version will make the transition, because that was so much fun. Admittedly it was a very stripped down experience, so it would be better if they added co-op to the main story proper this time.

Saw the trailer on Facebook earlier. DOOM is still the daddy of FPS's

Hopefully, this is to get us warmed up and whet our appetite for DOOM IV.

Looks good, I missed Doom 3 first time around so looking forward to playing it, one of my mates still rates it as his favorite FPS

Not a big fan of remakes but I can make an exception here.

Three games on one disk for £24.99, not bad price I think. I enjoyed doom 1 and 2. Never played three and the update graphics in the video above, its looks good. Might pick this one up

I played this at Eurogamer and it looks pretty good, still a shame they've decided to add the option to carry both torch and gun but it's still atmospheric, plus those with 3D tv's can enjoy it in glorious 3D which is pretty awesome!

The disc only has 600gs [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and doom 1 and 2 are the 200gs arcade games and do not add on to it to make the 1000.

Weird choice, but techincally I suppose it's 1000 on disc.

Are the copies of DOOM I and II the same as those already available on arcade and if so are the achievements the same? Would we be able to get the same achievements again from what would basically be the same games?

It's the same 2 games, so no doubling up on achievements unfortunately.
