Powered by Frostbite 2 which is also the same engine for Battlefield 3.This could very easily be just a Battlefield 3 clone.It is interesting that the game missions are inspired by actual real events though.

looks pretty good but cant help but think that this will be a flop like the last game

I'll be getting this, personally I really liked the last effort.

I like the look of it, and I'll probably pick it up, but the trailers have been so totally underwhelming and make it look a bit 'nondescript military shooter', which is hardly doing the game any favours.

It's not just me who enjoyed the last one then I have had this on pre order since the announcement, looking forward to this one.

Yh I really enjoyed the multiplayer, loads hated it but always had fun with it personally.

I enjoyed playing "sector control" game mode the best. The audio for the Opposing Forces always made me laugh, I swear they made it up. Everything said ended with "wully wull" lol

Can't wait for this, looks awesome. Will definately get this one.

This is due out on October the 26th and EA have already announced the first batch of DLC out on December 17th costing 800 MS points

You get 2 maps and 6 weapon load outs and is based on the hunt for Bin Laden

Seems a bit pricey for very little, but apparently some of the DLC profit is going to US army vets, I wonder how much, mmmmmmmm

This DLC is free if you buy the limited edition pack on release.

Joking aside if they are giving funds to the vets then that is a great step forward. Be nice to see all companies paying into funds for Help for Heroes etc

Hopefully the Paralympics are going to encourage more charity. Seeing those servicemen maimed who were taking part in the games and ceremonies certainly brought it home to me of the debt we owe these people

How does the Beta work though? I kinda remember signing up to something a while back. It doesn't require the Battlefield 3 disk right?

According to medal of honor website:
"Beta will be made available to XBOX 360 Gold members at no additional cost"
