Total lack of reviewers on GSA

We seem to have hit a point where people don't want to write reviews for the site anymore.

Tenlo and myself cannot do it all alone and do need community input.

There is a misconception that I get sent loads of games and don't ever send them out.

This is simply not true and I always send most games I recieve out to loyal and trusted people.

The only way to become loyal and reliable is too step up to the plate and show us what you can do.

Tenlo gets loads of review codes and games to review from me as he is uber reliable.

I cannot send games too people who need longer than 7 days to produce a review.

We can send someone a review code today, but you need to produce a quality review with added love and your own personality to it in return.

Put simply you need to enjoy the process and want to get involved.

GSA is only ever as good as the effort its members put in.

I am very hopeful some of our new recruits will join the review team.

At the beginning you will recieve the chuff that tenlo and myself don't want to review, but soon you will be snowed under with free games just like Tenlo is now!!

I really enjoy doing reviews, sometimes I can't do one at short notice as I have other things going on but if you're stuck then give me a shout as more often than not I'll be able to do them

Thanks Bassett, I know you were busy this time, we are having to turn down some games right now as we are too snowed under so I wanted too see if there was anyone else who could help out too.

We need a bigger pool of people too cover for lifes up and downs

I'm up for doing reviews still if you need me too. I still have your copy of Metal Gear Solid though, completely forgot about it. I'll send you that back soon. Wouldn't mind reviewing Max Payne 3 if you're getting a copy

I've done a few reviews in the past and have no problem helping out if needed

Colne has also been good but is taking some personal time right now.

We need a list of 10 I think too cover for illness, personal problems and toy out of pram related incidents

I would offer but don't consider my reviewing skills to be all that great, and i can't always guarantee to be able to get a review out quickly, depending on what i'm working etc.

But if ever your stuck i'll see what i can do!

My services are always available for arcade games especially puzzle ones. I don't have the time for full retail games unfortunately, especially not with the amount of overtime I'm doing at the minute.

Once I get my laptop back, I think I'll then be in a position to review again. Not a definite but we'll see how things are in a couple of weeks.

I have been super busy of late but I have only ever turned you down once for a review. Put me on the list as I don't mind doing the guff that others don't like playing. By the way Kent I have a copy of "birds of steel" coming this week if you would like a review doing of that let me know.

I can help out as always and I'm in the middle of doing awesomenauts for tenlo

Its not an easy job to get the right person doing the right game.

We really could kick on to another level if we stick together and all chip in a little bit.

I totally realise real life get in the way.

Trust me I have been fighting my own problems and demons recently so I am sympathetic to others life struggles.

i am always up for doing reviews

like i told tenners just a little busy with work at the mo. but when that calms down i am free for any work you would put my way.

And when i am sat there suffering the soaps with her indoors i can easily knock out a review quickly

Just to clarify again I only posted this message and myself and tenlo were swamped with reviews and the people we asked to help were busy too so I decided we needed more confirmed reviewers on the list.

Hey just noticed this thread for review discussion so this post has been overlooked by me until just now

I know that I've already reviewed but in case this thread is being used to from a list of the site members available i'd like to put myself forward

I love playing games - regardless of how good or bad and then give my opinion of them. I would also have free time to get a review up almost anytime so long as I have ~3 days to get it done.

Ive done acouple of reviews but when i asked for input on them, never got any feedback from the GSA community so i assumed they where naff and not required.... now im doing video's i could also do "Lets Plays" on games with written reviews... either way, let me know either via here or Live.

Hey mate, I appreciate your input before and would love to see more stuff from you.

We are in the process of defining our new direction and a plan to go forward so videos and review from you would be great.

Your reviews are good mate! I remember Kent upgrading your Goldeneye one to "Official". We never get that many comments in response really atm! There are two reviews I have yet to read actually! Shame on me! But at least I always read them thoroughly and give them the attention they deserve and comment!

I read all the reviews, I'm just rubbish at remembering to comment on them after having done so.
