GSA Windows Phone Update - 7/12/11 - 13/12/11
Morning all, so what have we got this week. The usual plus a little bit about the Xbox companion app and the second set of emoticons.
Right first up is the new game Hasta La Muerte for £2.29. A fun looking game where you control an emissary of Death and guide him round the levels to collect lost souls. The controls are simple as you just tilt your phone in the direction you want your character to move. I'd recommend trialing it first though as it may not be everyones cup of tea.
Then this week's DOTW is one of my favourites Earthworm Jim HD for £2.29. This is the entire classic on your phone. The controls can be a bit temperamental but if your a fan of the original this is definitely worth picking up!
So now onto the extras this week. As Mosher666 already posted the Xbox Companion is out now. It takes a little bit of work to get it connected, but then you can control your Xbox from your phone. It reports that you can use it as remote control for your films, but if you stream videos from your laptop it won't work, it has to be Zune or one of the new apps for it to work. It also will allow you to boot up games from your phone. It's a handy little app and well worth picking up.
Finally this week, heres a list of the remaining emoticons available too.
