Is xbox live down?

Is anyone else having trouble getting on Live today?

I can't access live or Xbox.com despite my connection being fine!!

All ok for me mate.....

Looks like there could be some problems with M$, i can't even get hotmail to load up, and msn keeps losing its connection...

Oh well i'll be watching the re-run of the Melbourne Grand Prix shortly!

You're right. No MSN or Microsoft.com either for me!

Dunno if it's related or just my shiz connection but most of last night, every Poker Heat game i tried to get into i often got booted out of before seeing a card..
I doubt it's connected thinking about it.. they wouldn't take the Whole service down just for that...? Nah

Seems its affecting people that have Sky as a provider. Sky updated the router software and it prohibits Xbox Live now... read it on the forums earlier... Ill try n find a link to the thread

Ok some other suggestions from this thread say that the servers for the xbox in the K are down...via Sky but there are others on other ISP's that are not getting in so no idea lol....

I have Virgin as my provider and no problems here so must be Sky.

Well my Hotmail and xbox.com is now working here!

Gonna boot up the xbox soon, so hopefully thats working now fine...

I'm also with SKY, and don't usually have any problems with them (except when they throttled my bandwidth for no apparent reason).

I'm with Sky and not tried anything yet..

It's could have been a DNS server affecting certain folks i imagine.

It's been affecting a lot of people at random judging by the xbox forums. ISP's were apparently notified by Microsoft.

I got on no problems last night. Played thru the night without a hitch..
Then when it comes to going back to the dashboard i had all of 2 options.. My Xbox and My Friends... i was going to bed at the time so couldn't give a monkeys lol

I got onto live with no problems last night, played Bulletstorm for a few hours!

Only when i went back to the dashboard before turning off my xbox, was there stuff missing from it!

Thats been going on for quite awhile now, usually you have to switch off your xbox and then switch it back on again and the rest of the dashboard will reappear. It doesn't affect the connectivity in games just within the dashboard itself

I had a few problems over the weekend and i got back on last night ao should hopefully fingers crossd be okay for f1 tonight

Had a couple of random disconnects this weekend, but connected again straight away with no problem. But wasn't really a issue for me.

I always panic that there's something wrong with my internet when something goes wrong at Microsoft.
