* Now you can count my poligons in HD! *
Know who Digital Foundry is? This blokes test games that are usually multiplatform (or came out on previous gen consoles) to show which version is the best and which one performs the best.
Let me show you what I mean with a little video from them:
This fellas have been at work again doing their dirty job and this time, they've put the two version of Twilight Princess in comparison.
Obviously, technically speaking, the Wii u version blows the gamecube one away, but is that totally true?
In my personal opinion the game has lost most of its charm:
the washed out textures and overly present bloom effect made it for a majestic and mesmerizing experience. This cleaned up version looks crisp clear and... so Clinical.
Everything looks very detailed, but most of the bloom effect has disappeared and the very low count polygonal models now stands out even more, with some of the character looking totally different and butchered (Ilia looks like has had a terrible lips job from a surgeon in example).

I am totally not impressed with this and buying it solely on the premises of a new dungeon, new item and the wolf Link amiibo.
What's your opinion about this very lazy HD port?
