Microsoft Win 10 Ten Cent Sale, Including both Halo games!

I just bought Halo Spartan Strike by switching my PC region to USA then paying using PAYPAL, simple! BARGAIN!

Microsoft is currently holding a ten-cent sale on select Windows games (as well as movie rentals and music purchases), offering a large selection of Xbox Live-enabled games for a single shiny dime. Of the games available on sale, the following have achievements:

Isn't switching the region in breach of t and Cs? Just remembering the last round of ban hammers on consoles and gamer ids etc.

Why would it ? It is an official feature and they get money. The last banhammers happened because people were getting FREE games from regions that weren't proper marketplaces. We always conform and end up paying more in the UK for the same items than most of the world, maybe if we start looking elsewhere we will get fairer pricing.
