Cheap Wired Turtle Beach Headset £12.80 New.

If you don't mind untangling wires these are a great headset for Xbox 360 although you'll probably need a separate adapter for xbox one.
I paid £40 for a similar one a few years back and wasn't disappointed with the sound quality and comfort.

Yeah you would need to get the Stereo Headset Adapter to get these to work on the Xbox One and an adapter for the 2.5 to 3.5 jack
