Gran Turismo 6 Gets New Cars and Features Today

A new update is rolling out for Gran Turismo 6 today, adding the new Mini Clubman Vision Gran Turismo, featured in the screenshots and video below. Upon installing the update, you'll be able to head into the Vision GT menu in the cars section of the 'My Home' menu.

Or you can complete a lap in the new Seasonal Event for a limited time. The update also brings the new high-speed Mid-Field Raceway track and B-Spec Mode, where an AI driver racer can race on your behalf in all Career Mode race events.

B-Spec mode can be used for races you're finding difficult, like longer endurance races. Or you can simply sit back and watch the race play out, if you're so inclined. B-Spec mode can be found via the Quick Menu in Career Mode.

Today's Gran Turismo 6 update also adds:

Expanded 'Paint' Options: The [Paint] options have been expanded and it is now possible to paint the custom rear wings. In addition, the option [Select from an already painted colour.] has been added to the Paint menu to make it easier to paint the body and the wings with the same colour.
Additional cars available to paint: It is now possible to paint the body of the “Mazda LM55 Vision Gran Turismo” and the “Chevrolet 2X Vision Gran Turismo”.
Other improvements and adjustments: The steering wheel controller force feedback has been weakened for the Red Bull X Series Fan Car.
It is now possible to view the content of the Seasonal Events from the Community features available on gran-turismo.com.
