South Park: The Stick of Truth Censored in the UK and Europe

South Park: The Stick of Truth will be released with seven scenes censored from the EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa) console version of the game, primarily involving anal probing and abortions.

Apparently, the scenes are approximately 20 seconds long and the decision to cut the content was made by Ubisoft EMEA, according to documentation obtained by BT. They include a mini-game in which a doctor is carrying out an abortion on the player and on Randy, and five scenes in which someone is "actively being probed".

Ubisoft has confirmed that "the decision is a market decision made by Ubisoft EMEA" with "each censored scene is replaced by an image background and a description text selected by [South Park creators] Matt [Stone] & Trey [Parker]."

South Park: The Stick of Truth is out on March 4th in North America and March 7th in Europe.

Oh good. I would of been shocked and surprised to see such things in a game based on south park
