BF4 I want my money back

OK BF4 is well broken . Single player crashes and no online servers at all last night. I am loosing my patience and would if I knew how or even could consider getting my money back. If it was a fridge or a tv it would have been returned by now.  

I am so mad.  

I feel your pain mate. I am basically playing through campaign mopping up collectables praying it doesn't glitch my game save. Then I will get rid. So broken...

patches are due this week for the multiplayer

I bet EA are panicking over this. Could put a lot of people off buying it and future BF games is its borked so bad.

Lets hope they can fix the problems quickly.

Can't say i'I've had this much trouble, the crashes happen quite rarely now which I'm happy about. Suppose that's what put me off playing it for a few days till Gabhlan finally got his xbox haha. Give it time mate, you know you'll be happy spraying and praying when it's sorted

Hard to be patient when coughing up £500 plus to play it!

Just started battlefield 4 and had a notification saying:

due to a service update, multiplayer for BF4 will be unavailable for about 15 minutes today, starting 1pm UTC / 5pm PDT

This is true, I've had my fair share of moaning saying it shouldn't be that bad basically when people are paying prices like this. I mean there's a simple glitch with a ladder that no one can climb. Riled has just said there's an update coming soon so hopefully this fixes all...and doesn't ruin the game further lol.

It is also only week two of the Xbox ONE release and unfortunately it is actually the norm that it's broken and I'm not surprised in the least by small bugs and the occasional server fault. I can't remember the last large multiplayer game that was released and just worked 100% without having numerous patches etc.. released post launch.

In fact I think if your going to buy something for multiplayer then you're actually better off getting it a month or so after release, as by then they'll generally have everything ironed out. This worked perfectly for me with GTA-V I picked it up a few weeks after multiplayer arrived and they'd fixed all the issues that people had been raging about so I just got the good experience with the odd minor problem.

Of course this requires patience and some games you just have to have NOW, I certainly won't be waiting for issues to be ironed out of Destiny. But then I won't be surprised by them either as I'll expect to have to put up with things that got missed in quality testing etc...

Fingers crossed. All servers last night showed 0 people playing.   I went into sigleplayer and was getting into a good fight when it glitched and kicked me out .

Oh god GTA 5 was a nightmare, worst thing is they delayed the online by two weeks so everyone went online as soon as it opened becuase most people had finished and was bored with the single player. Such a fail on Rockstars behalf, and their "online world" flopped too, people want to have fun in gta and have easy access to stuff, not pay for micro transactions to buy stuff to keep up with level 100's...I'll stay away from a GTA subject as you know ow I feel about this game lol.

We're going to be playing the beta of Destiny...we're purposely putting yourself in a high risk glitch game lol. Look forward to it though

I couldn't get on at all last night either, think they need to extent the double xp bonus! On the plus side it seems like ea have fixed the bug in fifa co-op seasons that was kicking you out miday through a match and putting a loss on your record, the fun of console launches

Its constantly showed empty servers for me since launch. The only time I've played the second assault maps is if I've joined rileds games but I suck on hardcore mode. I do have the patience to stick it out though. Battlefield and FIFA are the only games I own for it so kinda have to :p

It was pretty much fine for me on launch weekend apart from a bit of lag but seems to have taken a turn for the worst, hopefully they can get the problems ironed out soon

Firstly, Welcome back Prog!

I tried playing through this a little bit the other day and so far *touch wood* I haven't had any issues. I guess this is going to happen with a few day one releases. But I can understand people being miffed, especially you Lighty after having brought all the DLC for it as well.

Hopefully the patch will sort it all and MS will patch/ fix party chat soon too

RILED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it fixed.  

The achievement for witnessing all three endings just won't unlock. Cunts. Took me hours going through the collectables and I have seen three endings two times each so far. Booo

The multiplayer behaved last night and seemed all good. Had nobody to talk to though for party chat to see if that works.

Had a few moments where it wouldn't let me join a game last night but literally got it working within minutes. Still nothing showing on the server browser though so cant play the new maps unless I join empty ones and play on my own... Anyone's server browser working yet?

No I noticed server browser still showing 0 players.

Weird. Well hopefully they'll fix it soon. Pointless having s premium if you can't play the new maps.

In other news, I just found this. You should watch it lighty

I've not delved into finding certain servers on it, I've just been jumping into quick matches every map is new for me so don't care what I get  I'm 5 hours in now and I've unlocked 70% of the stuff for the IFV's and over 50% or the Tank gadgets too so I'm happy so far. Will be spending some time trying out different control schemes for chopper in the test area as I've never spent the time in any battlefield to get good in them. I'm just too much of a Tank junkie

On the server issues we got kicked from one game last night but zero problems in our other games. I've not started single player so might give that a go after the patch, as riled was saying it was a bit buggy at the moment.

Yeah, first time I'd killed someone with the repair tool, didn't even know it was you in the tank till I got the kill. Then thought it was a perfect oppurtunity to test out uploading the videos to youtube
