Name of Game: Lego Marvel Superheroes

Style of Game: Its a Lego game

Graphics Quality: Very good, bright and colourful

Sound Quality: Not too varied, but good anyway

Difficulty: Its a Lego game, so mostly pretty easy, though some of the racing missions take a few goes

Achievement points: Should be relatively easy to complete, but a bit grindy in places

Brief Thoughts: Yet another good fun Lego game. There are loads of great Marvel characters to play as, and plenty of good laughs. To collect the Red bricks this time you need to play Deadpool missions, which unlock as you collect more Gold bricks. Unlocking all the characters/vehicles is gonna be a grind, but no more than previous Lego games.

Overall Score: definitely a 9/10

Looking forward to giving this a go. Hopefully Santa will be generous enough to get me it.

Doesn't look like they're slowing down either....Lego the Movie Game and Lego Hobbit game are both supposed to be coming next year.

The flying is a bit crap, and difficult to control. And there are some flying races to do, of which i've only tried a couple (and failed). So i could see why its been complained about. Only time will tell if its gonna cause a problem with any of the achievements, though i guess the 100% completion cheevo will include winning all the races.

Good to know it's another worthwhile game.

The flying in Lego Batman 2 was pretty odd in places, so I'd expect it to be similar?

Will definitely get when it drops a bit. Would prefer to get LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean at some point before then though!

According to the Raptr email i got earlier i've racked up nearly 25 hours playing this so far, and i think my completion was at about 55/60% last night. So theres plenty of life in it too.

First Lego Game I've played properly, the campaign I found was abit of a grind but once you opened up free roam it was really fun and I didnt mind going back and doing campaign levels as I had unlocked all the characters :)are the rest of the Lego games similar? i.e. grindy/droll missions until you unlock all characters? also do the other games have free roam?

I believe they all have free play, but most are quiet grinds if you are in it for the cheevs. Personally I just play them for fun Smile/ easy drop in drop out.

Me too, although the Lego games do hold their price especially well. I've never seen a cheap copy of Lego Pirates for example!

I need to get another copy of that Waggly, as I 'lost' mine in a split with my ex-girlfriend.......her son managed to keep hold of it somehow.

How irritating! Sad

Funny how easy it is for things to go 'missing'. My sister had my Mega CD and games for about a year, maybe two. When it came back Star Wars Chess was mysteriously gone - funny how the game that disappears is one that is rare and worth some good money, eh? One of her friends blatently half-inched it! I didn't even like the game much, but that's not the point! Razz
